I had a great stay at this hotel in Ostersund! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for my needs. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice dining and chill area. The bed was comfortable and the atmosphere was friendly with lots of nice people. I had a fantastic time and would definitely book again!
Would recommend this hotel.

I chose Stf Ostersund Ledkrysset solely because I wanted to visit Mjalleborgen, and it was conveniently located near the hostel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and housekeeping services available once per stay. The shared kitchen and lounge were also great additions, and the free WiFi throughout the property was a convenient feature.
Noise from cars in the parking area behind Stf Ostersund Ledkrysset should be addressed. Restrictions and penalties for drivers who intentionally make loud noise would be beneficial.

Big and bright indoor spaces, with large outdoor common areas. Well-designed single room with balcony door to a spacious terrace. Good variety of breakfast food. Helpful, nice, and professional staff. Great location, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Always stay here. Staff found & returned my shower bag I forgot. Perfect, has Wi-Fi, Kitchen, Fitness, TV room. Lift, Cycling, Golf, Aqua park, Skiing, Play area. Wheelchair access, Luggage, Locker. Pets ok. No smoking. Coming back for Xmas!

Great breakfast, excellent support getting to the airport, beautiful building, nice view, large and well-equipped kitchen, easy check-in process.

Had an amazing weekend at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions, including the beautiful lake. The facilities were excellent, especially the breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I was also pleasantly surprised by the value for money, as I rented a larger room than I needed, but the comfort and view were totally worth it. The cleanliness of the showers and kitchen was also impressive, and I loved the convenience of being able to cook my own food. Definitely the best of both worlds!
I arrived in the evening and had to wait a bit for someone to assist me at the reception. However, the staff compensated by allowing me to have a free breakfast.

Enjoyed skiing and cycling in the area, complimentary WiFi was great for binge-watching TV in the common area, buffet breakfast had me feeling like royalty.
Oh, and don't get me started on the thrill of searching for bed linen like it's a game of hide-and-seek. Hilarious!

the value for money at this hostel was outstanding. i rented a larger room than i needed, but the comfort and view made it worth it. the staff were friendly, showers and kitchen were clean, and having a private room and the option to cook my own food was perfect for my needs. it exceeded my expectations!
Curtains were missing, making it difficult to sleep in the light summer nights.
